FEES RULES & REGULATIONS:
1. The College has introduced the Online deposit of School fees for the benefit of the Parents.
However, the Offline method which was prevalent before shall also continue.
2. The payment gateway for Online payment of School fees is available on the College website. https://www.stgeorgescollegeagra.com. A detailed Video is available on the College Whats App
Class Groups.
The Payment schedule for the payment of fees will be quarterly. All Parents are requested to follow the timelines as given below:-
3. Mode of payment of fees is quarterly.
(a) First Quarter (April May & June) to be paid by 20th of April
(b) Second Quarter (July August & September) to be paid by 20th of July
(c) Third Quarter (October, November & December) to be paid by 20th of October
(d) Fourth Quarter (January. February & March) to be paid by 20th of January.
4. (a) Late payment fees of Rs. 200/- will be charged if the Quarterly payment of fees is not made by 20th of the first month of Quarter.
(b) Late payment of Rs. 500/- will be charged if the Quarterly payment of fees is not made by 20th of the second month of Quarter.
(c) Late payment fees of 1000/- will be charged if the quarterly payment is not made by the 20th of the Third month of the same Ouarter
5. Any fees or Accounts related query, kindly contact on this no. 8755999642 Monday to Friday
between 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM.
6. If the last day of payment of fees (i.e. 20th) is a holiday, payment must be made before that day.
7. The name of the scholar will be struck off the College Rolls if fees are not paid by the 20th of third month of the quarter.
8. If the name of scholar is struck off the rolls, he/she may lose his/her place in the College, in any case the charge of Rs. 1500/- will be made if the child is re-admitted (in addition to the arrears).
9. The School management reserves the right to give Transfer Certificate (TC) to the perpetual defaulter at the end of the year.
10. The School reserves the right to remove from roll the names of the students or stop him/her from appearing for any examination, including extending examination for non-payment of the fee and other dues.
11. No child will be permitted to begin a New Term unless all arrears due on his/her account have been cleared in full before of the New Term.
12. Children will not be permitted to take any examination till all dues are cleared. Academic Report and Transfer Certificate will not be issued till full fees are paid.
13. ICSE & ISC Board Examination fee is to be paid separately whenever notified.
14. The fees can be paid during Banking Hours.
15. Fees will be accepted in CASH in the Bank.
16. If fee payment is made through a Cheque. You are required to inform the School Office about the Cheque No.
Terms and Conditions for Online Fee Payment. These terms and conditions apply to the use of the Online payment of School Fee for St. George's College, Agra. Please read them carefully. You will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions by authorizing a payment through the online payment service. St. George's College, Agra reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You should therefore re-read the terms and conditions each time prior to using the online service of fee payment. The terms and conditions are as follows: -
(a) St. George's College, Agra shall be entitled to cancel or suspend the online fee payment services at any time and without prior notice and to substitute alternative services, which may or may not be interactive or transactional in nature.
(b) The Credit/ Debit card details/ information provided by you when using this online service is processed by the payment gateway of the Service Provider only. The school does not have any such information / details: therefore, the school is not responsible for any digital fraud or irregularity.
(c) The only information supplied to the school is the name of the payer, the bill number and the amount of the payment. It is the sole responsibility of the user of this service to ensure that the information entered in the relevant fields is correct.
(d) It is recommended that you download and retain a copy of each transaction for record purposes, and to assist with the resolution of any disputes that may arise from use of this Service.
(e) While availing any of the payment method/s offered by us, the School is not responsible and will or take no liability of whatsoever in nature in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly to you out of the decline due to Lack of Authorization for any transactions, Exceeding the pre-set limit mutually agreed by you and between your "Bank/s", Any payment issues arising out of the transaction, decline of transaction for any other reason/s.
(f) The fees to be paid by the Parent shall be computed and paid as specified herein below:
(i) Payment may only be made with Visa/MasterCard credit/Debit cards, Net banking or UPI. NO Payments should be made through NEFT and RTGS.
(ii) Transaction/ Processing/ Convenience Fee charges for any payment would be borne by the cardholder (payee).
(iii) Receipt generation. If transaction receipt is not generated at the time of payment,
individual is requested to wait for 24 hrs to 48 hrs to generate.
